Due to the medical and hygienic nature of our products, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and factory-sealed lens vials to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our customers. Please note that we cannot accept returns on lenses that have been opened or tampered with for health reasons.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the unopened packaging to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the sealed lens vials in a sturdy cardboard box with protective padding to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside.
Ship the Item
Send your return package via a tracked shipping service to our warehouse; please retain your tracking receipt until the return has been officially processed.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team verifies the factory seals are intact, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
